Policies
It is at the discretion of Transcendence Bodywork LLC to refuse service for any reason such as but not limited to: inappropriate behavior/ language, unsafe behavior, or if there is a medical condition that prohibits work or causes concern.
Please note: Due to not holding an oncology certificate, I’m only able to see non active cancer survivors. I’m unable to see clients who are current active cancer patients.
Policies
Cancellations
If there is a cancellation made within 24 hours of the session, no fee will be assessed. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before a session, a 50% fee will be assessed.
No show
If a no show occurs, the full amount of your service will be due.
Clients arriving late
If a service needs to be shortened due to the fault of the therapist, the price will be adjusted. Any client who arrives late, will receive the remainder of their session, which will end at the scheduled time, and are expected to pay full price for the appointment.
Minors
Any minor receiving a service must have the consent form signed and the parent/guardian is expected to be in the treatment room throughout the duration of the service.
